This spot is conveniently located across from the Regal cinemas in The Landing. Decor is nice for a quick bite or simple date with your significant other. Service was good - waitstaff were very attentive.Food is not bad, but it's a little pricey for what you get - these are borderline Seattle prices, in Renton!I'd only come here again if I had no choice, otherwise I'd go over to 3rd St. and grab a bowl of pho from Pho801.

Ordered for delivery on Ubereats and I am pretty satisfied. The broth tastes so good! The meat was fresh. The portion was just enough. The negative key things that stick out to me are: the ribeye will arrive raw. The broth wasn’t hot enough to actually cook it. The packaging is cute but not exactly secure. The lid to the broth was just about to pop off. Luckily I ordered this to my house and I was able to cook the steak on the skillet took about 2 minutes to get it my well done liking. The broth wasn’t sweet and more savory.. probably my favorite flavor that I’ve tried in Pho so far. Will definitely go in restaurant to eat next time!

Super delicious food and very friendly staff! I highly recommend whether you want a classic bowl of pho or you want to try some new Vietnamese fare. We love to start with the honey garlic wings. Yum!

I had the shrimp soup and the consistency and flavor were very good but lacked a little salt and spice for my preference. The service was very fast and the server was helpful. Great place for a quick bowl of any style soup/pho!

I literally just had the best Pho in my life!I ordered the Dlite Combo Pho with Zoodles and spicy. The order came fast, wait staff and host were servicable and my water cup was full. This was my first time here, and I'll be coming back to try other options.The atmosphere was pleasant and the dining room was clean.I paid $18.70 (after taxes) for the Pho and added a tip.Note:I came here looking for fast service. I needed to return to the Chiropractor office that had a 40 minute wait around the corner. The host indicated that Pho and Noodle dishes usually come out in 5 minutes. And true to his word, the pho came promptly.Delish!

The food is generally good. We came here for lunch at the Landing and only had a certain amount of time. Service was quick and efficient.

I think this was my first time coming here, but my friends say I've been here before. I went during lunch hour and the restaurant was full. We waited less than 5 minutes for there to be seats available. I had the Pho. It was good. I feel like maybe I'm used to the other pho places I go to more regularly. I felt like the broth had a hint of mint or some other herb. The portion size was good, with a lot of meat. The price however was a bit expensive for Pho. Overall it was good, but I think I'll stick to my default Pho places.

Super Fast Lunch service and the food is fantastic everytime I have come! They know their stuff and match you pace for getting your food to you.

A solid choice for Vietnamese food in the area. Portions are pretty big. Pho was very good. Short rib meat was very generous. Banh xeo used char siu roasted pork which was interesting and different. Papaya salad was pretty good. Service was quick.

I drove out to this place with my son, all excited because of a referral from a friend and we left hungry and sorely disappointed. If you have had truly good vietnamese food before, dont bother with this place. The spring roll sheets are as thick as tortillas! The brothers smelled rotten, the chicken wings we flavorless. Just literally nothing was good enough to eat. They were kind enough to take off one of the pho plates off the bill but only after chiding us for failing to be responsible enough to alert what we ordered... ya

Food was great. Service was pretty much non-existent. Waitress left us with our food and never came back. No refills. No requests. And she even forgot our ordered drinks. Worst part was, she did that to every other group that was there too. Tldr: food's good. Expect service at the beginning and ending of your meal only.

Good food, good location, good prices. Very pretty food too! Highly recommend if you enjoy Vietnamese food.

They definitely deserve a 5 star for the service they provided! I called to make reservations for 10 people and when we got there we were seated very quickly! What they didn’t know was we also had 4 kids with us and they didn’t say anything! They were so quick with our ordering and accommodating! I applaud them! They didn’t give us the “stink” eye when one of our kids would fussy (we had a 4,3, 18 months, 1 year and 10 months)! We ordered and all our food came out rather quickly! No one had to sit around and wait for their food while the others ate.Their food was delicious! They had great portion size! Their banh xeo was so huge! I ordered the bun rieu and it was allot too! They have a pretty extensive menu so we can’t wait to go back and try other items!

Foods were sumptous and wait time for food to be served is more or less 10 minutes. The place was neat and clean. Staff doesn't seem friendly and they don't smile all the time, like they have been tired all day serving you😂✌ but attends to your needs when you ask. I just don't like they don't have the regular venigar for their eggroll🙈

I come here often and the food is delicious! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten free options.

I went to have lunch today when we get in , the lady bring us to a very dark table . Then the waiter came and help order food , when I asked which dish is popular he said he can not recommend with a very bad attitude. I feel so bad about the service here and leave without dining in .

A quiet, clean restaurant on this Sunday evening. The Phō is very good. I had the vegetable tofu which featured extremely fresh and tasty vegetables. My daughter had the chicken ginger with the D-lite addition of zucchini noodles. Both dishes were 😋. The service was quick and efficient. As this is my first visit, I highly recommend this restaurant

Always nice to go to Papaya. The food is delicious, the place is clean and well decorated.I'd say this is slightly upscale Vietnamese cuisine. Definitely better than the regular Pho joint.

Prices are reasonable, food comes out very quickly and service is good. My meal was lacking a bit of flavor but the waitress provided extra spices when I asked for some.

Service was quick and everyone was friendly. I ordered the yellow curry with tofu and fried rice; it was a warm, comforting meal packed with tender, flavorful vegetables and a tasty broth. I would get the plain jasmine rice instead of the fried rice next time (and there will definitely be a next time!)

Any pho restaurant can make rice noodles, so in my opinion it's all about the broth. They brew their broth for 12+ hours and you can definitely tell. It's deep and clean and hits the spot. Even the veggie broth is brewed with real veggies and not powder.

We arrived 10:10pm on Friday and they would not take orders anymore. what kind if business is this? this is really a bad business. i am not sure if the owner even knows about this and if the employees are just lazy to clean up after. i work at Boeing and i work few feet away. i will definitely not recommend this to my fellow coworkers and future meetings. this is sad

Their beef Pho meat is very fatty and chewy. I had to spit out most of the beef. The waiter said I ordered the fatty beef pho, but there is no such item on the menu and the receipt said Beef Pho. So I don't recommend this restaurant.

Super yummy! De lite version pho is amazing! Kids loved their chicken and the fried tofu was delicious.

Oxtail pho with zucchini noodles. Delicious

This interior is roomy, clean and nicely decorated. The food choices are more than just any Pho restaurant. I like the wide variety of food choices. Though I don't know much about authentic Vietnames food, I count on my friends whosm had eaten there before and the server's recommendation. The server was attentive, the food served rather quickly, convenient parking and shopping in the Renton Landing location.

Servers are generally rude. We've witnessed them yelling at people. They do not tolerate people complaining about their food. I've once complained about the pho broth being salty. Their solution: here's some lime, or we'll put in more hot water for you. My ahi tuna was seared too rare, "sorry, we can't re-sear it again, but will microwave for you." And of course, it came out overcooked. Service is lacking and food is overpriced, but they don't care as long as they're restaurant is always packed. The only saving grace is that they just recently introduced a beef avocado salad which I thought was decently priced work decent amount of beef. Overall, they have a good selections with healthy choices. Except you have to pay more to get those healthy choices.

Great place for a good meal. You get plenty of food with your order and I've never had a bad experience here. I visit often for lunch and dinner. Also, it stays open late for the area so you usually can get a meal right after a movie.

We actually came into the area to go to a different restaurant but as we passed by this one, we decided our stomachs wanted something else. For 4.5 of us, we got a variety of really interesting and good sounding dishes to split, I think around 6. The prices were decent but there wasn't a single dish that wowed me. Sure, nothing tasted bad but everything seemed bland and despite all the interesting flavors listed, didn't really have any pops of taste.

At last, we already have tried eating here. I was intrigue by the list of their dishes. I once dream of going to Vietnam. The food is so delicious.

The fried rice with pork was good not great. It was better when I added some of their special hot sauce but still ordinary. Great service and the food was served quickly.

I took my daughter here for a daddy daughter dinner date and the staff was so nice and so helpful! Fast service and quality food. I even got my little darling to share ox tail pho with me and she loved it!

My favorite seafood tomato noodle soup! Their vegetables are so fresh, they are singing.

One of the best pho, my favorite is oxtail one, crunchy egg rolls also good. They also have one of best Thai tea, good customer service.

I came here 4 years ago whilst visiting from Australia and have had a craving for the rib eye banh mi (baguette) since then. Today, I satisfied that itch and it did not disappoint! Crunch roll, juicy beef, fresh salad, perfect sauce - it was like the population of Vietnam was dancing on my tongue - yum!

I like the open and colorful atmosphere, the prices are decent I had some items like the chicken wings and cream cheese won tons but some of the food lacked flavor, the service was great and the food came super fast!!

Service was prompt, perhaps overly so. The broth was delicious. Portions of meat were generous. Rib eye tasted old and was marginally edible.
